Suzanne Buchanan submitted the winning and funny photo of her husband Pat sharing a fatherhood moment early June. Well this morning, I finally had the pleasure to photograph them – Looooooooved this family shoot! I have worked with Suzanne a few times during my mini-sessions past couple of years, and we just never could get all the kids in one photo  (1, 3, and 5 year olds — ALWAYS a challenge)! We finally did it today — HOORAY!!!!

I feel birth photography is very significant. It’s powerful and emotional! I have only a couple photos from my birth that I liked. — Mark was running around taking care of Presly and I, the nurses are just too busy to take pictures too. The rest of my stay at the hospital I don’t remember much because of all my medication after my emergency C-Section. I could not get out of bed for 2 days which is why I missed so much. As you can see — this is why I feel very passionate about birth photography! If you are interested in birth photography, or may know someone, please give me a call. Thank You!! XOXO
